Clients of the largest Russian cargo carrier AirBridgeCargo (ABC, enters into group “Volga-Dnepr”) can now send their complaints to the work of the airline online. This became possible after the ABC signed an agreement with Dutch IT company CargoHub on the implementation of the electronic platform for quality control of freight transport CargoClaims.

Using the online tool, which launched back in 2015, customers of the carrier can now send a claim, update and track their status in real time in a user-friendly interface program at AVS — www.airbridgecargo.com or cargoclaims.aero. For its part, the airline ensures the availability of online information about the processing status of the claim.
